01
Prepare the brief before payment
Add your shell plan, tenant brief and review contact in the configurator before checkout. An enquiry, access email or pending payment is not a confirmed payment. Incomplete source information is recorded as explicit design assumptions, not presented as verified facts.
02
Confirmed payment starts the online clock
For online checkout, the first complete delivery is due within 24 consecutive hours of confirmed full payment. My projects records the payment-based start, deadline and time zone. A call is optional, not another step that postpones the start. Custom or scheduled offers state their own timing.
- One agreed office area and program
- One primary planning scenario
- Complete inputs
- One consolidated review path
03
Changes preserve the original deadline
Clarifications, internal review and production do not silently restart an accepted delivery clock. A materially changed program, another office or expanded deliverables require a separate offer with explicit price and timing. The original order retains its recorded dates.
04
How to prepare before kickoff
Gather the shell plan, approximate area, headcount, room list, critical adjacencies, known constraints, and target decision date. A short, complete brief is more useful than a long, ambiguous one.
