Information you submit
The fit-check and contact forms may collect your name, company, role, email, phone, requirement status, approximate area, submarket, timing, required date, an optional floor-plan attachment, and the context you choose to provide.
Your account and project workspace
Secure email access links identify your account. Project briefs, source drawings, confirmed scopes, orders, revision requests and issued deliverables are stored in private project workspaces. They are not published as website downloads. Access is restricted to authorized project users and the staff who need it to deliver the service.
Estimates on your device
When you choose Save & continue, your selected packs, floor areas and self-reported area sources are stored locally on this device so you can continue after signing in. The draft expires after seven days and is cleared after your brief is saved. It contains no card data or payment authorization. Do not use a shared device for confidential project information.
Payment information
When purchases are enabled, Square processes card details on its secure checkout. PLANORA does not collect card numbers in its forms. We retain the order and payment references, status and receipt information needed to confirm payment, manage the order and handle approved cancellations or refunds.
How it is used
Planora uses submitted information to evaluate and respond to your request, coordinate a possible engagement, prevent form abuse, and improve the website’s conversion flow.
Website measurement
PostHog measures public page visits, referral sources, device categories and steps toward checkout using cookieless audience measurement. We do not send the contents of your brief, billing fields, email codes, project files or private portal pages to analytics. IP addresses are discarded and session recordings are disabled. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. These statistics are separate from our confirmed order and payment records.

Service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify and uses PostHog for website measurement. Enquiries are sent to Planora’s email through Google’s Gmail service. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used when enabled to protect forms against abuse. Supabase provides authentication, private project records and file storage; Cloudflare R2 also stores private deliverable objects when used. Square provides payment checkout when enabled. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services.
Project information
Floor plans submitted through the form are forwarded as attachments to Planora’s enquiry mailbox, not published on the website. Only send documents you are authorized to share. Do not include access credentials, unrelated personal data or restricted documents. For sensitive material, contact us to agree an appropriate channel first. Your enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
