Q01How is Planora connected to SG Acabados?
How is Planora connected to SG Acabados?
Planora is an independent company with ownership ties to SG Acabados, a Peru-based corporate interiors and fit-out specialist. SG projects shown as references are attributed to SG, not presented as Planora client projects. Planora has its own coordinated specialist network across Latin America.
Q02How do Presentation and Decision differ?
How do Presentation and Decision differ?
Both use the same office design. Presentation includes the furnished plan, branded visuals, film, real 3D, portal, report, slides and editable files. Decision adds fit and growth analysis, quantities, conceptual investment scenarios, a preliminary timeline and supporting spreadsheets.
Q03When does the 24-hour window start?
When does the 24-hour window start?
Add your brief and source files before checkout. The 24 consecutive hours start when full payment is confirmed; My projects records the start, deadline and time zone. Custom or scheduled work follows the timing in its accepted offer. These are consecutive hours, not business hours. A call is optional; a pending payment or an email link does not start the clock.
Q04What do you need to start?
What do you need to start?
A usable floor plan, work area, team size, room program, important adjacencies, known constraints and your existing brand assets. Add these to the configurator before checkout. Incomplete source information is identified as explicit design assumptions, not hidden as verified data.
Q05Can you tailor the office to our brand?
Can you tailor the office to our brand?
Yes. We apply your existing identity through reception signage, materials, colors and atmosphere. This is brand application, not creation of a new identity. The PLANORA concept office demonstrates this with our own brand.
Q06How are revisions handled?
How are revisions handled?
Two consolidated revision rounds are included for the same space and program. Our error corrections do not consume a round. A different floor, use or materially changed program is a new scope; ordinary clarifications are not automatically extras.
Q07How is payment handled?
How is payment handled?
Configure your offices and add the brief in one screen. Continue with your email, review the final total and applicable taxes, then pay securely through Square. Your confirmed payment and receipt appear in My projects. Full payment is required before work starts.
Q08Are the model and estimates construction-ready?
Are the model and estimates construction-ready?
No. Plans, native models, quantities, investment and schedule are conceptual. They are not construction or permit documents, contractor quotes, code certification or a guarantee of occupancy. Appropriate professional and site validation is still required.
Q09Can I upgrade to Decision later?
Can I upgrade to Decision later?
Yes. Request the upgrade from your existing project. We show the reviewed incremental price and delivery timing before you accept or pay. The extra investment scenarios do not represent extra spatial designs.
Q10What files and hosting are included?
What files and hosting are included?
A review portal, PDF report, editable slides, visual assets and applicable transferable DWG, RVT, BLEND and IFC/GLB files with included dependencies. Formats and hosting duration are agreed before payment; perpetual hosting is not implied.
Q11What if I am comparing two offices?
What if I am comparing two offices?
Keep candidate floors in one office search and choose a pack for each. Eligible additional floors receive 25% off, with the highest base-price floor at full rate. If both are Decision, a joint comparison covers fit, conceptual investment, time and constraints using the reviewed information. Actual lease terms are still needed to compare the lease itself.

Choose your pack, add your brief and review the final total in one place. Your private project keeps the proposal and delivery together. A call is optional.
